Hidden Road Initiative

Scholarship Program

The Hidden Road Initiative provides scholarships to students from underprivileged villages who are enrolled in a college, university or vocational program. The purpose of the scholarship program is to have a sustainable impact on the youth we've interacted with through our summer camps and projects and to ensure that they pursue higher education, despite their financial hardships.

In the past five years with the generous donations of contributors from around the world, HRI has been able to provide 50 scholarships to students from the villages of Akhpradzor and Shvanidzor. By becoming a sponsor or donating to the Hidden Road Initiative scholarship fund, you will ensure that these dedicated young students will be able to attain higher education and succeed in their chosen careers.

Hidden Road Initiative's
2021-2022 Scholars

This year we have selected 14 dedicated and passionate students who have participated in HRI's summer camps or online English tutoring programs. Many of them have participated in or dedicated their time by volunteering as camp leaders during HRI annual summer camps.

Learn more about each scholar and how they plan to utilize their higher education and expertise to positively impact the health, environment, economy and development of their village and the surrounding region.
