Holiday Backpacks for Artsakh

Initiated by UCLA and UC Berkeley HRI chapters, "Holiday Backpacks for Artsakh," aimed to bring holiday cheer to the children displaced by the war in Artsakh. Thanks to the generous donations of our global Armenian community, we collected over 4000 backpacks in the United States and created another 2000 in Armenia. The backpacks have been distributed to Artsakhci children in both Artsakh and to those who had settled in border villages in Armenia.

The San Francisco Bay Area Artsakh Task Force, AGBU MDS, Ferrahian Armenian School, Stock California, A&T Legal Group, California Magic Soccer Club, and Fresno CBAS for organizing backpack drives, collecting and storing them, and transporting thousands of backpacks to the gym to get ready for shipment.
