With the help of the Henry Keledjian Service Program mentor, Laura planned two workshops aimed at helping the students of her village choose college and career paths. In her first workshop, Laura led students through the RIASEC test, the goal of which is to help students self-assess and discover their strengths, interests, and passions. Laura then led students into a second workshop where she highlighted 4 popular majors at Yerevan State University and their entrance requirements.
With her mini grant, Laura also provided the school with a portable sound system and flip chart, all of which will be integral for future school events.
