Choice of Major:
The field of business has always fascinated me, and since childhood, I dreamed of studying at the American University of Armenia (AUA). In 2023, due to the blockade and displacement of Artsakh, I was compelled to begin my studies at Yerevan State University in the Translation Studies Department. I gained valuable experience there and remain grateful for the education I received; however, my true goal and dream was always AUA. Now, it is a great honor for me to study in my chosen field of Business Administration. Although I had to start again as a first-year student, I am confident that this was the right path.
Future Profession:
My goal is to establish a business in the future that will not only support me personally but also bring significant value to my country. I want to apply my knowledge and skills to strengthen Armenia's economy and create new opportunities for others.
Involvement in HRI:
Since 2020, I have participated in Hidden Road Initiative’s online English classes, which greatly enhanced my speaking, writing, and listening skills. I also took part in HRI’s summer camp, first as a student and, more recently, as a volunteer teacher.
Community Development Project:
During my first year, I implemented the “Mentorship for Artsakh Youth” program as part of my Community Development Project. This was my first individual initiative and helped me develop organizational, communication, and time-management skills. At the same time, it revealed to me that I enjoy working with youth and inspired me to deepen my knowledge in program management.
This year’s Community Development Program was a collaboration with another scholar from Artsakh. Together, we organized the “Artsakh Unity Day” program, which focused on uniting Artsakh youth through an expedition and group discussions. The initiative gave participants the opportunity to spend an entire day surrounded by fellow Artsakh natives, allowing them to feel mentally and emotionally connected to Artsakh once again.
Other:
This year, I have participated in numerous programs, but I would especially highlight the youth exchange program between Armenia and Georgia. It included training sessions in Armenia, the planning of local community projects, a visit to Georgia, and the implementation of development programs. This program was a particularly meaningful experience for me, as it allowed me to collaborate with Georgian youth while also deepening my understanding of civic issues.

Մասնագիտության ընտրություն.
Բիզնեսի ոլորտն ինձ միշտ գրավել է, և մանկուց երազել եմ սովորել ՀԱՀ-ում։ 2023թ․ Արցախի շրջափակման ու տեղահանության հետևանքով ստիպված էի ուսումս սկսել Երևանի պետական համալսարանում՝ թարգմանչական բաժնում։ Այնտեղ ձեռք բերեցի մեծ փորձ և շնորհակալ եմ ստացած կրթության համար, սակայն իմ նպատակն ու երազանքը միշտ ՀԱՀ-ն էր։ Այժմ ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ է սովորել իմ սիրելի ոլորտում՝ բիզնեսի կառավարման մեջ, և չնայած ստիպված եղա նորից առաջին կուրսում սովորել, վստահ եմ, որ դա էր ճիշտ ուղին։
Ապագա մասնագիտություն.
Նպատակ ունեմ ապագայում ստեղծել բիզնես, որը ոչ միայն կօգնի ինձ, այլև մեծ արժեք կբերի իմ երկրին։ Ուզում եմ իմ գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները ներդնել Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման և նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծման համար։
HRI-ին ներգրավվածություն.
2020 թվականից մասնակցում եմ Hidden Road Initiative-ի առցանց անգլերենի դասերին, որոնք մեծապես նպաստել են իմ խոսքի, գրավոր և լսողական հմտությունների զարգացմանը։ Բացի դրանից, սկզբնական շրջանում որպես աշակերտ, իսկ այս տարի արդեն որպես կամավոր ուսուցիչ մասնակցել եմ HRI-ի ամառային ճամբարին։
Համայնքային զարգացման ծրագիր.
Իմ Համայնքային զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակում առաջին տարին իրականացրել եմ «Մենթորություն Արցախի երիտասարդների համար» ծրագիրը։ Սա իմ առաջին անհատական նախագիծն էր և ինձ օգնեց զարգացնել կազմակերպչական, հաղորդակցման ու ժամանակի կառավարման հմտություններս։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, նախագիծը ինձ հնարավորություն տվեց բացահայտել, որ ցանկանում եմ աշխատել երիտասարդների հետ և խորացնել իմ գիտելիքները ծրագրերի կառավարման ոլորտում։
Այս տարվա իմ համայնքային զարգացման ծրագիրը Արցախից մեկ այլ ուսանող կրթաթոշակառուի հետ եմ իրականացրել: «Արցախի Միասնության Օր» ծրագիրը արցախցի երիտասարդներին արշավի միջոցով միավորելու մասին էր, և քննարկման միջոցով նրանց աջակցելը: Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն տվեց երիտասարդներին մի ամբողջ օր լինել շրջապատված արցախցիներով և մտովի տեղափոխվել Արցախ:
Այլ.
Այս տարի բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի եմ մասնակցել, բայց հատկապես կուզենայի նշել Հայաստանիվ և Վրաստանի միջև երիտասարդական փոխանակման ծրագրին: Այն ներառում էր թրեյնինգ կուրսեր Հայաստանում, տեղական համայնքային ծրագրերի պլանավորում, այց Վրաստան, և զարգացման ծրագրերի իրագործում: Այս ծրագիրը մեծ փորձառություն էր ինձ համար՝ թե Վրաստանի երիտասարդների հետ աշխատելու և համագործակցելու, թե քաղաքացիական թեմայով իրազեկված լինելու համար:
